I had a crazy thought today. Well, it wasn't crazy but just on e of those, "spare at the moment", kind of thought. I remembered one of my Mum's good old recipes. The ingredients came flooding in my mind and I know this sounds crazy, but I could actually taste whatever my mind was cooking up. Mum's have a way of baking things, that always taste good but when you try it, something is always missing. I mean all the ingredients are there, but it just doesn't seem to taste the same......So, tonight, I'm going to attempt to bake one of Mum's famous recipes, Apple Pie.........I hate cinnamon, so maybe tonight, just tonight, I'll give it a try.Might just have a winner there.
